La Guinguette Electronique, au sein de Nouveau Casino. cheeses des fromages Marie Quatrehomme a la creme de truffe, top, top, top! de Cafe Charbon. Avec le sympatique musique, agreable soiree✨
The popular Paris nightclub "Nouveau Casino" opens as "La Ganguette Electric" on weekdays.
It's a weekday, so it's empty. It's only been open for a few weeks, so it seems like not many people know it's open. I was excited and thought it would be hot because we would be dancing, so I dressed lightly, but it was cold (lol).
Unlike the weekends when there are live shows, La Ganguette Electric had a DJ and music. It was a nice club-style music with acoustic sounds. The volume is just right.
Chef Nathan Pesley, who also works at the popular cafe Café Charbon in the same building, offers street food such as rolls and grilled cheese with a taste of Paris, Tokyo and the Yucatan region.
At Café Charbon, Here you can enjoy dishes made with fresh ingredients that incorporate Asian flavors from Japan, Vietnam, and other regions, and the quality and flavor of the ingredients is also solid. The bread is from MOF Joel Defive, who runs Thierry Marx's boulangerie (Nathan will soon be making his own). It is lightly toasted and filled with chicken or shrimp, as well as a generous amount of the flavors of each city. Plenty of garniture. Our favorite is Tokyo.
Quatre Hommes, which also has MOF, has a grilled cheese made with three kinds of cheese and truffle cream. It's delicious! The bread is crispy and fluffy, and the cheese is fragrant and melty. Irresistible. This.
It's an ultra-simple dish, but that's why the quality of the ingredients really speaks for themselves.
We'll have cocktails and original beers, and to finish off with a toast to the evening with a Berlin nightclub-style drink made from Club Mate with vodka and rum.
For dessert, we'll have a toasty Pain Perdu-style dish. The baked roll is stuffed with homemade noisette praline (Cedric Grolet's recipe!) and salted butter caramel. It's a forbidden deliciousness.
Since there were not many guests, instead of dancing I enjoyed chatting with Nathan. We never run out of tasty topics to talk about.
I thought it was just street food at a club, but it was unexpectedly delicious and I was in a good mood.
It finally started to get a little lively. After the date changes. Next time, I'll come later in the week, around 11pm
