Well, my R-One broke into the 13-second range at Sodegaura Forest Raceway in a fully stock condition.
With my skills, aiming for a better time in stock condition would increase the risk of falling, and I don't see the point in it...
I'm not looking for the fastest stock condition or anything like that.
So it's on the chopping block at Outrun.
What is this?
It looks like a manga about a guy getting punched and his lower jaw flying off? ?
The racing back step is temporarily attached.
I actually want a black one that doesn't stand out, but I made it gold in anticipation of it being used as a parts car called a T-car for a friend's racing car. . .
When you ask Outrun to make a car, the first thing they do is reassemble these parts.
Once disassembled, cleaned, and applied a proven grade of grease.
Re-tightened with the correct torque (not the specified torque)
This body already has scratches on the receiving side of the stem bearing...
The caliper was also completely disassembled and cleaned.
I'll also add some work here (a secret)
Well, I'm asking for an R-One customization to make it safer to drive on the circuit,
I'm not making a racer, but the concept is
"Circuit specs that seem like they can be driven on public roads" (not saying they'll pass inspection)
In the old way of saying it's like a wolf in sheep's clothing... or something?
Well, I'm a wimp who can't become a wolf when I ride it
This is apparently more troublesome than making a racer (or so I thought lol)
After all, if you leave the original cowl with safety parts and the original handlebars, you can't secure space.
There are no parts for such troublesome specs.
So I'll have to create one-off parts, which is a lot of work.
But OutRun also does restorations, so you can just leave it to them!!
However, restoration takes years, but since this is for circuit practice, I asked them to do it quickly.
Even though I'm so busy, I also asked them to replace the throttle body assembly that was causing the malfunction on my Shishimaru (ZX-6R) with a new one and to do some pre-race maintenance.
I'll be busy with my two bikes for the next 3-4 days...
Thank you very much!!
